Ayurveda Yoga Workshop
with Danielle Satya Parla
March 12th, 13:00-15:30
Self care is asking for more.
It's being protective & tender & being limitlessly compassionate with yourself.
Have you noticed how difficult routines are to keep?
Even when you feel better doing them, they eventually drift out of your daily life...
In daily life we are either expanding or contracting ...so what you do daily MATTERS.
Be introduced to the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda ("life knowledge") and learn how your unique constitution can inform the key daily practices that move you in the direction of better health and expansion.
This workshop is for you if you feel tired, uninspired, stressed, disconnected from your body or simply know you ought to feel better than you do.
Following the morning Conscious Breathing workshop, the afternoon will be dedicated to Ayurveda.
When: Sunday March 12th, 13:00-15:30
Where: Studio YOBA, Greifengasse 11, 4058 Basel
Time: 2.5 hours
Investment 65chf or discounted 100chf for the both workshops. Sold Out

"I deeply enjoyed the Ayurvedic classes with Danielle. With her gentle guidance I learned a lot about the different doshas and how to find more balance for myself. She inspires me to try out different things and is very supportive. I love the morning routine we established together and the feeling of becoming more aware of my body, mind and soul. Thank you a lot!" - Maya Frommelt, Basel
When I enrolled for the Ayurvedic yoga classes, I did not really know what to expect. However, my previous yoga experience with Danielle reassured me that I would spend good and valuable time during this course too. I was not mistaken. The classes introduced us to the small daily activities that in the long term may be beneficial to our wellbeing. These are the activities that everyone can follow, despite how busy your daily schedule is. On top of daily routines, we learnt about doshas, elements, how to stay balanced through physical activity and nutrition. For me, the course was just the beginning and I would now like to continue to learn more about Ayurveda. Thanks Danielle for this inspiring series!
