More than ever, we need to breathe together. I will be holding a weekly Breathing Circle. These groups aim to bring you the energy, inspiration, connection and a potent opportunity to move what is stuck.
If you are new to breathwork, you will benefit from watch this short video so you know what to expect during the online breath session.
I will hold space and guide you with voice and music through a breathwork session so that you can develop independence in your breathwork practice, release tension, anxiety and fear, feel into your body in order to stay centered and grounded. More info about the breath and it's benefits HERE.
