Originally from New Zealand, I have studied and worked in psychological medicine, clinical case management, community psychology and transpersonal psychology since 1995. I have travelled extensively, enjoying, exploring & learning about different cultures, traditions and people.
Adding to my formal studies in psychology, I continue to learn and gather invaluable resources that provide me with the tools to work with life transitions, separation from friends and family, relationship difficulties, loss, health challenges & pressure from work. Somatic embodiment, integrative breathwork, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, ancestral healing, vipassana, qi gong, and the ancient healing arts have enriched my own life and it is with great joy that I share their wisdom with you.
Come say hello and tell us how you would like to feel so that together we can creatively align the daily demands of work, family & life so that you be more energised, happy and inspired to align your choices with what is important.
