WAIVER
- I am medically, physically, emotionally and in all respects fit and able to participate in STB classes, workshops and trainings.
- I agree to disclose if I have had the experimental COVID-19 vaccine and understand that I am free to join OUTDOOR and ONLINE sessions only (see Covid-19 policy)
- I agree I will be fully and financially responsible for my own physical condition and well-being during the workshop and will follow the safety precautions and instructions prescribed by STB.
- I acknowledge that STB may make suggestions from time to time that are intended to help me and my well-being. However I take ultimate responsibility for my choices and realize that STB is not licensed medical provider and that I must consult my doctor.
- If I experience pain or discomfort during the workshop, I will modify STB’s instruction to suit my individual needs and inform STB of any previous injuries. I will not hold STB responsible for any pain, discomfort or injury I experience using STB’s facilities or participating in activities during or after the workshop. I understand that the activities offered on this workshop are not a substitute for medical care.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Private Sessions
REFUND/CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be received 1 business day, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Requirements for cancellations are 48-72 hours notice if a session falls on a Monday or the first business day after a holiday or weekend.
If client cancels or misses a session within 24 hours prior, full payment of the session will be charged.
Breathing Circles and Workshop Cancellation policy
I understand that sometimes things happen that make it difficult to attend a workshop. Because I offer small workshops at a fair price, please be 100% sure that you want to be here before sending your payment.
If you wish to cancel your reservation you must notify Space To Breathe (STB) [email protected] Your cancellation fee will be determined according to the terms outlined in the chart below. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a workshop early.
Payment by online transfer or TWINT at the time of registration is required, unless agreed by the Organiser to pay on the day of the workshop. In either case, with confirmation of your registration you agree to accept:
DAYS PRIOR TO CIRCLE OR WORKSHOP REFUND
More than 30 days 100% refund or transfer to another STB workshop
30 - 15 days 50% transferable to another workshop
Less than 15 days No refund
Transfer Policy: You may transfer your reservation from one STB workshop to another STB workshop up to 20 days before the original listed Workshop date without penalty, after which time our cancellation policy applies.
Workshop Cancellations: In the rare case of a STB Workshop cancellation due to teacher cancellations or other situations beyond our control, full refunds of monies paid will be made if the workshop is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date if alternative arrangements will be offered. We do not accept responsibility for any expenses incurred, including travel, preparation costs, or other expenses.
We always recommend that all attendees traveling from afar have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.

: TERMS and CONDITIONS :
For the benefit of everyone on your STB workshop, STB reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the workshop, it may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the workshop. STB will carry no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the workshop prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant which is not included on the workshop itinerary.
STB cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables.
By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on the STB website I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation on a STB workshop.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Limitation of Liability:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WE, ANY SUBSIDIARY AND/OR PARENT COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, INCLUDING ITS MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.

Danielle Parla offers Transformational Breathwork®, Yoga, Therapeutic Talk sessions, Energy Medicine and freelance journalism.
Sessions are offered in private 1-1, group, workshop and/or training sessions to help integrate the body, mind, and soul, enhance clarity and expression of spirituality. Danielle Parla provides work in support of a client’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development.
Nothing stated within a session should be taken as a reason or excuse to avoid appropriate medical or psychological treatment. This work is a supplement or addition to whatever treatment you are currently receiving or may seek in the future.
By the word “healing”, Danielle Parla is not treating, curing or diagnosing conditions. By accepting services, you understand that Danielle Parla is q certified Transformational Breath® facilitator and group leader, yoga teacher, Reiki Master and degreed psychologist, but is not a licensed health practitioner/provider/physician in Switzerland. You also accept that you have not come to her for medical advice, diagnosis and/or treatment, and have sought her services of your own free will.

Online/Live Programs:
REFUND/CANCELLATION: We are fully committed to helping you grow personally and spiritually. You have until 7 days after enrollment to request a refund. We do this because we are looking specifically for serious and dedicated students. We expect you to make a wise and thoughtful commitment to beginning this journey and educational process.
Program participants will have indefinite access to the course materials, so please do not request a refund because you have not had the time to go through the materials or could not attend specific live call sessions.
Important: To be eligible for a refund, we require a complete assessment of how you have applied the work. This means you must take immediate action in this program. We know that if you commit to listening to the live calls, reviewing the audio and video lessons, and completing the work you will see results. If you do the Module 1 work and don’t get value, the following refund policy will apply:
Refund Policy: Full tuition refund given up to 15 days prior to the start of the program. After 15 days and before Part 2 of the program, there is 300.-CHF service charge withheld and the balance is refunded. Up until Part 3, 500.-CHF is withheld and the remaining balance refunded. After Part 3, there are no refunds.
Product Refund for shipped items:
Refunds for products shipped to you must be received within 7-days of your order and must be sent back in new condition prior to a refund being processed.
Interactive Features:
We reserve the right to alter, edit, refuse to post or remove any postings or content, in whole or in part, for any reason and to disclose such materials and the circumstances surrounding their transmission to any third party in order to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request and to protect ourselves, our clients, sponsors, users and visitors.
